This Privacy Policy explains how Sweive ("Sweive", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our platform at sweive.com and related services (the "Service"). Sweive is a performance-based content marketplace that connects brands with social media creators ("creators"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
Sweive operates a marketplace where brands fund campaigns and creators publish posts to their own social media accounts to earn money based on the verified views their posts generate. Depending on how you use the Service, you may be a creator or a brand.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth on our behalf.
- Profile and role. Your account role (creator or brand) and any profile details you add.
- Connected social accounts. When you connect a social media account (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Threads), we store the platform name, the username or handle you provide, and verification status. Accounts are verified by sending a one-time code via direct message from the account you wish to connect.
- Post submissions. The public post URLs you submit, the platform they were published to, and which connected account published them.
- Brand inquiries. If you contact us as a brand, we collect the details you submit in our inquiry form (such as your name, contact details, and campaign description).
- Payout information. Information needed to pay creators, which may include payment-provider account details and tax or identity information required to process payouts.
- Communications. Messages you send us by email or other channels.
Information we collect automatically
- Log data. When you access the Service, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically generate standard server logs, which may include your IP address and browser type. We use this only to operate and secure the Service.
- Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use cookies for advertising or to sell your data.
Information from social platforms
For posts you submit, we collect publicly available performance metrics from the relevant social media platform or its API. We use this data to verify views, calculate earnings, and detect fraud. We do not post on your behalf or access private messages other than verification DMs you choose to send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity and connected accounts.
- To operate campaigns, process post submissions, and verify view counts.
- To calculate earnings and process payouts to creators.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and view manipulation.
- To provide brands with campaign performance reporting and analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, payouts, and support requests.
- To improve, secure, and maintain the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- With brands. When you submit a post to a campaign, brands and campaign owners can see post performance data (such as the post, view counts, and engagement) and aggregate creator performance. Campaign reports may be shared through public links.
- Service providers. We share data with vendors who help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), our payout and payment processor, and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our instructions.
- Social platforms. We interact with social media platform APIs to retrieve the metrics described above.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sweive, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If Sweive is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Records related to payouts and transactions may be retained longer where required by law.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including database access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- You can access and update your account information by signing in.
- You can disconnect a connected social account at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. International Users
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
